Eric Wattenberg said, “Wheelhouse was launched as a one-stop-shop for talent and creators looking to leverage their own brands through content.” He also said that he is grateful to Netflix for this partnership. This collaboration will help to elevate the next generation stars and entrepreneurs. Wheelhouse Chief Strategy Officer Ed Simpson also revealed that they are initially working with the young influencers through its digital vertical, Wheelhouse DNA. It will help to build a broad business. Furthermore, he professed that these influencers want legitimacy, which only the streaming giant can provide. It will be different and harder to grab attention on Netflix as it does not work like Youtube and Tiktok, which changes its algorithm every other day.
