Ever since Nicole filed for divorce in June 2020, things have only been getting messier. You would think after twenty-four years of marriage; the divorce would be on a good not but not in Dr. Dre’s case. Nicole Young was married to Sedale Threatt for three years before she divorced him. She and Dr. Dre got married only after three months of dating in May of 1996. Nicole worked as an attorney before her marriage to Dr. Dre. Nicole filed for divorce in June 2020, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the divorce. Nicole Young stood strong by her husband’s side when he was accused of being physically abusive towards his ex-fiance Michel’le in 2015. Michel’le, along with hip-hop journalist Dee Barnes accused Dr. Dre of which he apologized in The New York Times in August 2015. ” Twenty-five years ago, I was a young man drinking too much and in over my head with no real structure in my life.
